Create an IPE event
PIPER accepts interprofessional event proposals from various sources, including community members, faculty, students, and our own McMaster Interprofessional Student Collaborative (MISC). Each event is reviewed to ensure it offers a high-quality interprofessional experience to our learners. PIPER has developed a number of help sheets to assist in ensuring your event is designed to meet the requirements of an IPE-accredited educational offering.
Ready to write your IPE event proposal?
Funding
Your interprofessional education event may be eligible for financial support. Requests for funding can be included with your IPE event proposal, or may be sent after your event proposal has been approved for IPE credit. Please send requests to fhspiper@mcmaster.ca, including your proposed budget worksheet. PIPER adheres to McMaster University’s reimbursement policy and guidelines, which can be found on McMaster University Financial Affairs, Accounts Payable & Reimbursements website.
